I worked with Michelle Connolly. Michelle is super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail meant I got great designs and easy installs. She even made a last minute trip to the property to ensure the installer understood the plans and how the two units differed.

Maryellen was extremely helpful, explaining the steps, guiding us through this complicated process, making very practical suggestions. She is very detail oriented, very accommodating and a genuinely nice person to work with. The kitchen design was somewhat complicated, with high end built in appliances and it came out nice, fitted, functional and I think quite elegant. Stacey took our ideas and executed a design that is an extremely efficient use of space. We got more storage, a functional workspace and a new area for seating. She really listened to what our goals were and how we live in our home. There are a lot of decisions to be made when renovating, and Stacey broke the process down step by step so that it felt manageable. Communication was excellent along the way and thanks to her precise measurements, installation went very smoothly. We really can’t say enough great things about Stacey and the whole process. Thanks to Stacey and Carole we are now living with our dream kitchen!

It was an absolute pleasure working with this man. You are extremely fortunate to have such a conscientious employee…He is all about customer service!

I had an amazing experience working with Sara at Carole Kitchen and Bath; I just couldn’t recommend her highly enough!  I was redoing the kitchen (1937 colonial in Belmont).  Sara created an amazing design that maximized every inch of the space with both cabinetry and all the organization needed within these. She was so efficient, patient, and responsive.  The process was easy and seamless.  And she is just a very kind person to boot.  With all the huge kitchens that I’m sure Sara works on, she never made my small kitchen project feel insignificant.

I found Carole’s just by searching online and went with them based on the reviews I read.  I can vouch for those reviews.  I would 100% use them and Sara again without hesitation!

We worked with Mary Jane.  We arrived with drawings and she made helpful suggestions. Also changes and concerns were quickly addressed and modified drawings were produced.  Very professional and thorough.  The process of scheduling and delivery was very smooth.

Our designer Kathy Cremone was great to work with, very professional and responsive. It was challenging to do a kitchen remodel in the midst of a pandemic and expertise was enormously helpful to us.

We recently had our kitchen updated and worked with Debbie Toland. Debbie was a joy to work with. She was always responsive to our questions and gave us great advice in regard to designing our new kitchen and ordering kitchen cabinets. She has a great deal of experience. Having Frank Purdy as a designer who knows first hand construction, design and who cooks so actually uses a kitchen was totally a home run. Frank guided me through the design process, translated my wants into options, made suggestions, and accommodated my thousands of questions. And he did not rush or push me. Frank knows and understands what code allows which is a total plus to all. It was a lucky pairing for me.

Sara Hawkins was very experienced and didn’t try to upsell me.

I decided to work with Carole due to their wider selection.  My project was 3 condominiums in Somerville.  Sara was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire project.  She made recommendations and helped me select from 3 different brands of cabinets, and was extremely helpful in choosing specific materials.  I am really impressed with her accuracy in ordering this volume of materials.  Sara has decades of experience and it shows.  This was a lot of work where things could easily have gone off track, but her experience and attention to detail was more than impressive.  I would not hesitate to recommend Sara to anyone considering a kitchen remodel!
