Our Story

Carole Industries, Inc., now known as Carole Kitchen and Bath Design, opened its doors for business in 1993. At that time, the company’s focus was largely cabinetry and building supplies. The founders--- husband and wife business partners (Carole is her first name), managed the company as a family-run business. Carole’s originally served primarily contractors, but has evolved over the years to serve a clientele of about half homeowners directly and half builders. From the start, clients came through our doors based primarily on customer referrals.

By the beginning of 2004, the Carole’s founders were ready for retirement and sold the business to another local family. The firm today remains owner-operated, with that same family-run philosophy and an even greater emphasis on excellent customer service, quality products, and superb value. The majority of our team members have been with Carole’s for close to ten years, and some for even longer. Our design team manager has been in the kitchen and bath and cabinetry business for more than 20 years. We are proud to say that the vast majority of our customers still come to us based on the referral of a friend or family member who is a satisfied past-customer.

• Our designers are professionally trained in design. They work with the confidence and expertise of well over 100 years of kitchen and bath design experience combined.

• We work directly with homeowners as well as with builders and architects.

• We offer everything from in-stock, to semi-custom, to three of the finest full-custom cabinet lines, offering you hundreds of door styles, color choices, and finishes.

• We are the largest KraftMaid (semi-custom) cabinetry dealer in the region. (KraftMaid is the most well-known and largest cabinetry manufacturer in the world.)

• We were invited by KraftMaid to take a seat on its exclusive Dealer Advisory Board. This means our president/owner attends strategic business sessions with KraftMaid’s top executives to help ensure product excellence and service for you, our customers.

• We have entirely remodeled our Woburn showroom in the past year or so to reflect the most modern styles and trends, show variety, and help our customers view a tremendous range of products for any budget.
